Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Stradiva, including the platform, the website, the documentation, the CLI, and any other Stradiva-provided service ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. All references to "you" include both the individual and the organization.

1. Your account You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Customer data You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We process your data only as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

4. Fees and billing Fees are described in your order or on the pricing page in effect when you signed up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Term and termination These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us with reasonable notice. We may suspend access for material breach or for activity that endangers the Service.

6. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Stradiva collects, uses, and discloses information.

What we collect We collect: (a) information you provide directly — account details, billing information, support requests; (b) information collected automatically — log files, device information, analytics events; and (c) information from third parties — identity providers, payment processors.

How we share it We share information only with: service providers acting on our instructions; entities involved in a corporate transaction; and as required by law.

Your rights Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@stradiva.dev.

International transfers Data may be processed outside of your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms for international transfers.

Data Processing Addendum

This DPA forms part of the Terms when Stradiva processes personal data on behalf of customers subject to applicable data protection laws.

Roles Customer is the controller; Stradiva is the processor.

Subject matter and duration Stradiva processes personal data to provide the Service, for the duration of the customer's subscription.

Nature and purpose Hosting, storage, and processing of customer data as instructed by the customer through the Service.

Categories of data subjects End users of the customer's applications.

Subprocessors Stradiva may engage subprocessors. A current list is published at stradiva.dev/subprocessors and updated with at least 30 days' notice.

Security Stradiva implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular audits. Details are available in our SOC 2 report on request.

Breach notification Stradiva will notify the customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.

Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes our use of cookies and similar technologies.

What are cookies Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember information about your visit.

Categories we use **Strictly necessary** cookies are required for the website to function — for example, to remember that you're logged in.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. We use first-party analytics; we do not share this data with third parties.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not place tracking pixels.

Managing cookies You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
