We founded Stradiva in 2024 after a series of frustrating quarters spent watching engineering teams — including our own — re-derive the same internal platform, again, from scratch. Every company over fifty engineers builds the same five things. Every company over fifty engineers wastes a quarter of its time keeping them alive.
We thought the answer was a better product, not a better playbook. We wrote one. It's called Stradiva.
What we believe
The companies that win the next decade are the ones that stop spending time on infrastructure their customers will never see. The companies that lose the next decade are the ones who think they can keep building it themselves and stay focused on the product. We've watched both kinds.
Stradiva is the platform you'd build for your team, if your team had four hundred engineers and three years.
How we work
We are deliberately small. Forty-two people, distributed across nine countries, organized into four teams. We hire slowly and we keep the people we hire. We default to written async, with two synchronous weeks per year.
We do not believe in growth at any cost. We believe in compounding. Every decision we make should be the one we'd be glad we made in five years.
